These Terms of Service govern all users (Employers and Job seekers) that access and use the contents and services provided by Peza Job website. The Peza Job website and its services herein called “platform”
By using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by them. If you do not wish to be bound and abide by these Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy, you should not continue to access or use the Platform.
Peza Job may amend, add to, delete or revise the Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Use of our Platform

The user (Employer and Job seeker) agrees and expressly states that he/she is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the Registration Data and other information given to Peza Job in the registration for membership in order to use the platform. The Member will ensure that the data shared with Peza Job Zambia doesn't contain any fraudulent, false, misleading or manipulated facts.
2. Browsing through Job seeker profile on our database of registered jobseekers can only be used for recruitment purposes. Using this service for the purposes of marketing or direct selling to Jobseekers is prohibited. All database rights and other applicable copyright and intellectual property rights belong to Peza Job.
3. You shall only use our Platform for the intended purpose of job application, job posting, jobseeker selection and career coaching. You shall not post, publish, transmit, store, distribute or circulate anything that:

8. In no event shall Peza Job be held responsible for any transaction between a job seeker and an employer or in any case, transactions between users of the Platform, and users with third parties.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless, Peza Job and its affiliates, associated companies, officers, directors, employees, agents, proprietors, partners, representatives, servants and advisors from and against any and all claims, actions, demands, injury, liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including legal expenses on an full indemnity basis) arising from or relating to your use and/or breach of the Platform or these Terms of Service. You further agree that this indemnity is separate and shall not prejudice our rights to any other rights or remedies in law.

Termination
14. Without limitation to any of our rights or remedies in law, Peza Job may, without notice and at our sole discretion, restrict, refuse application of, and terminate any user account, use of the Platform and our services.
Confidentiality
15. Any data and information provided by Peza job, including Personal Data as further governed by our Privacy Policy, shall be deemed confidential and you agree to hold it in the highest confidence and only use and disclose it in accordance with the permission and direction provided by us.
Subscription
16. The user will pay promptly the Subscription Fees as required by Peza Job from time to time, which the user may choose if it is monthly, 6 months or annually. The subscription fee is only charged for the purpose for using our platform and for the maintenance of the platform.
With this registration, you agree to accept communications (through Calls/Chat/ Mails/SMS) on the numbers made available during registration.
Profiles of the Day
17. Sponsored Profiles of Job seekers will appear at the top of the search results page where the employer search results query matches that of the job seeker. Where there is no set search query Pezjob will randomly recommend profiles.
18. In case you chose to discontinue your membership with us, you can unsubscribe / remove your account by completing the delisting procedure using the delete Account available in your account setting.
