Civil Engineer/Construction Manager

A reputable company specializing in building and civil work projects. As part of our expansion, we are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer/Construction Manager to join our dynamic team.  If you are a motivated individual with a passion for construction and a desire to contribute to exciting projects, we invite you to apply.
Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols
Supervise/Manage a team of staff on multiple sites
Be able to create custom designs, renovations, additions etc
Be able to complete tenders and BOQ’s
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and schedules
Conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans and regulations
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure timely completion within budgetary constraints
Prepare and present progress reports, cost estimates, and other relevant documentation to management and clients
