Job Description
Ntapanza Farms is a well-established agricultural enterprise dedicated to sustainable and high-quality production. We are seeking a Crop Supervisor to join our team and oversee crop management and field operations.

• Applicants must be 40 years or older and willing to commit to long-term rural living and work.
• The farm is located in a remote rural area with limited network connectivity and is far from the nearest town.
• Candidates must be comfortable living and working in a rural environment with minimal amenities.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and manage crop production activities including land preparation, planting, weeding, and harvesting.
• Supervise and coordinate farm labor teams in crop production.
• Monitor soil fertility, irrigation, and pest/disease control.
• Ensure best practices in sustainable and climate-smart crop farming.
• Keep accurate records of planting schedules, inputs, and yields.
• Report regularly to farm management on crop performance and productivity.
Requirements
• 7–10 years of practical experience in crop farming and management.
• Strong knowledge of soil fertility, irrigation, and pest management.
• Proven ability to supervise teams and manage day-to-day fieldwork.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a rural environment.
• Familiarity with sustainable and modern farming practices is an advantage.
