Lodge Manager
Job Description
A lodge is looking to employ a manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Supervise all staff in conducting their duties
– Very strict house keeping and hygiene management.
– To conduct quality control of food presentation, portioning, taste and freshness
– Monitor purchases
– Make recommendations for overall lodge.
– Manage all day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
– Ensure lodge is compliance with company policies.
– Minimum of 5 years experience in similar role
– Very organised and structured person who is able to manage staff in a structured manner with good teamwork and responsibility.
– Must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to both motivate and sanction the team to enhance performance.
