Project Manager

NexGen Digital Group is seeking an experienced Team Lead / Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale enterprise digital transformation project.

Qualifications & Experience

* Master’s Degree in ICT, Information Systems, or a related field
* PMP or PRINCE2 certification
* Minimum 8 years’ experience managing large-scale IT system implementations
* Proven experience delivering ERP, financial, or complex enterprise systems
* Membership of a relevant professional body
* Valid practicing license

Key Responsibilities

* Provide overall project leadership and coordination
* Manage scope, timelines, risks, and quality
* Lead multidisciplinary technical teams and stakeholders
