Business Analyst

NexGen Digital Group is seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in complex systems and process automation initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

* Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in business analysis for financial or enterprise systems
* Strong ability to translate Business Requirements into functional solutions
* Experience mapping user journeys and end-to-end processes
* Valid practicing license

Key Responsibilities

* Elicit, analyze, and document requirements
* Facilitate stakeholder workshops
* Support system design, testing, and user acceptance
