GreenArc Ventures Limited is inviting qualified graduates, early-career professionals and experienced specialists to participate in its Renewable Energy Recruitment Drive at the Energy Infrastructure Leadership Forum, Zambia 2026.

GreenArc is advancing renewable energy project development in Zambia and Zimbabwe, including a planned 300MW utility-scale solar power project in northern Zambia. As the company prepares for the next stages of project development and delivery, it is building a strong pool of professionals who can contribute to the region’s clean energy future.

This recruitment drive is designed for people who want to be part of real infrastructure delivery, from engineering and project preparation to construction, operations, commercial structuring and stakeholder engagement.

Candidates will have the opportunity to meet the GreenArc team, learn more about the company’s project pipeline, and participate in preliminary screening conversations for future opportunities.

We are looking for talent in the following areas:

Engineering and Technical
Solar/PV Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Civil Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Structural Engineers, Project Engineers, Grid Integration Engineers, SCADA and Automation Engineers, QA/QC Engineers and Commissioning Engineers.

Project Delivery
Project Managers, Site Managers, Construction Managers, HSE Officers, Environmental and Social Specialists, Quantity Surveyors, Procurement and Supply Chain Specialists, and Logistics Coordinators.

Commercial and Business Support
Finance and Investment Analysts, Commercial Managers, Contracts and Legal Officers, Human Resources Officers, Administration Officers, and Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Specialists.

Operations and Maintenance
Solar Plant Operations Technicians, Electrical Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, Control Room Operators and Asset Management Specialists.
