Caroma Workforce Solutions is currently building a database of qualified Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants / Nurse Aides for assessment against future international healthcare opportunities.

🩺 REGISTERED NURSES
✅ Accredited Nursing Diploma or Degree
✅ Current professional registration & practising licence
✅ Minimum 2 years recent, PAID & verifiable post-qualification clinical experience
⭐ IELTS/OET or international CBT progress is an advantage

👩🏾‍⚕️ HEALTHCARE ASSISTANTS / NURSE AIDES
✅ Recognised Nurse Aide/HCA qualification from an accredited institution
✅ Minimum 6 months verifiable hands-on care experience
✅ Paid or structured voluntary experience accepted
✅ Hospital, clinic, hospice, residential care or professional home-care experience welcomed
