Zambians with Green National Registration Cards
2. Should be between 25 and 50 years old
3. Minimum Grade 9 School Certificate. Should be able to read and write
4. A professional qualification in any related field an added advantage
5. Should not have any criminal records
6. Should be physically and mentally fit
7. Both Men and Women
