Impact Managers, a research, capacity building and intervention development consultancy firm, is looking to hire an Associate Researcher for one year, with possible renewal of the contract.
Responsibilities
▪ Plan, supervise and manage data collection
▪ Clean, manage and analyse data
▪ Write research reports (full and abridged versions)
▪ Prepare PowerPoint presentations and present study findings
▪ The job requires travelling a lot
Requirements & qualifications
Qualifications
▪ Masters Degree in Demography, Psychology, Economics, public
health or any other programme with strong quantitative and
qualitative research methods
▪ Has written research reports or manuscripts before (samples will be
required). The required reported do not include dissertation/thesis
▪ Has excellent writing skills
▪ Strong in at least one quantitative and qualitative data analysis
software
▪ Able to work independently with minimal supervision
▪ Able to use Computer Assisted Personal Interviews software such as KOBO, CSPro etc.
