Requirements & qualifications

1. Bachelors Degree in business administration or any related field.
2. Market planning and market research skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to create effective marketing strategies.
5. Strong negotiation skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
7. Must be a member of the Zambian Institute of Marketing.
8. Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
