Ntapanza Farms is a well-established beef farm dedicated to sustainable, high-quality cattle production. We are currently seeking both a Farm Manager and a Farm Supervisor to join our team and take charge of daily operations, animal care, and staff coordination.

This opportunity is best suited to individuals who have lived in the village or worked on a farm, especially with experience in beef cattle care.
The farm is located in a remote rural area with limited network connectivity and is far from the nearest town
Candidates must be comfortable living and working in a rural environment with minimal amenities

Applicants must be 40 years or older and willing to commit to long-term rural living and work

Key Responsibilities:
Farm Manager:

Oversee all aspects of beef cattle management and day-to-day farm operations
Ensure high standards of cattle health, nutrition, and welfare
Supervise, train, and support farm staff
Monitor pasture quality and grazing patterns to enhance herd productivity
Maintain accurate records on cattle health, breeding, and production
Collaborate with ownership to improve farm efficiency and sustainability
