Ntapanza Farms is a well-established beef farm dedicated to sustainable, high-quality cattle production. We are currently seeking both a Farm Manager and a Farm Supervisor to join our team and take charge of daily operations, animal care, and staff coordination.

This opportunity is best suited to individuals who have lived in the village or worked on a farm, especially with experience in beef cattle care.
The farm is located in a remote rural area with limited network connectivity and is far from the nearest town
Candidates must be comfortable living and working in a rural environment with minimal amenities

Applicants must be 40 years or older and willing to commit to long-term rural living and work

Responsibilities
Farm Supervisor:
Assist the Farm Manager with daily operations and decision-making
Lead hands-on cattle care and manage field teams
Monitor animal feeding, health, and safety protocols
Coordinate task assignments and daily workflows for farm staff
Report any issues to the Farm Manager and ensure timely follow-up
Support implementation of sustainable farming practices
