AVAILABLE POSITIONS

1. Country Director

Location: Lusaka
Reports to: chief operations officer HQ
Key Responsibilities:
▪ Provide strategic leadership and oversee operations, programs, and partnerships.
▪Lead donor engagement, government collaboration, and stakeholder representation.
▪ Ensure full compliance with local laws, donor, and organizational policies.

Qualifications:
▪ Master’s in Development Studies, Business, or related field.
▪ 8–10 years of senior leadership experience.
▪ Strong fundraising and stakeholder engagement experience.

2. Chief Security Officer (CSO)

Location: Lusaka
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

Key Responsibilities:
▪ Lead the development and implementation of physical and cybersecurity strategies.
▪ Liaise with law enforcement and ensure compliance with data protection laws.

Qualifications:
▪ Bachelor’s in Information Security or related field.
▪ 5+ years in security leadership.
▪ Certifications like CISSP, CISM are an added advantage.

3. Software Engineer

Location: Lusaka
Reports to: Head of IT / CTO
Key Responsibilities:
▪ Design and build secure, scalable mobile and web applications.
▪ Integrate third-party services like mobile money APIs.
▪ Maintain system quality and security.

Qualifications:
▪ Degree in Computer Science or related field.
▪ Proficiency in Python, React, PHP, MySQL/PostgreSQL.

4. Operations Manager

Location: Lusaka
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer / Country Director

Key Responsibilities:
▪ Oversee day-to-day logistics, HR, procurement, and performance management.
▪ Implement SOPs and ensure departmental coordination and compliance.

Qualifications:
▪ Degree in Business, Operations Management, or similar.
▪ 5+ years in operations or management.

5. Human Resource Officer

Location: Lusaka
Reports to: HR Manager / Country Director
Key Responsibilities:
▪ Manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, and compliance.
▪ Handle grievances and organize staff development initiatives.

Qualifications:
▪ Degree in HRM or Public Admin.
▪ Member of ZIHRM.
▪ 3+ years’ HR experience.

6. Accounting Officer

Location: Lusaka / Provincial Office
Reports to: Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities:
▪ Maintain accurate records, prepare budgets, and ensure statutory compliance.
▪ Manage petty cash, bank reconciliations, and audit support.

Qualifications:
▪ Diploma/Degree in Accounting or ACCA/ZICA Level II minimum.
▪ Experience with ZRA, NHIMA, NAPSA regulations.

7. District Financial Counsellors (56)

Location: Lusaka District
Reports to: District Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
▪ Recruit and manage a team of 50+ staff members across Lusaka.
▪ Ensure community engagement, performance monitoring, and training.

Qualifications:
▪ Diploma/Certificate in Business Admin, HRM, Project Management, or Teaching.
▪ Strong leadership and supervision skills.
▪ Knowledge of Lusaka communities is a plus.

8. Office Assistant
Location: Lusaka / Provincial Office
Reports to: Admin Officer

Key Responsibilities:
▪ Maintain office cleanliness, handle errands, assist with admin tasks.
▪ Prepare meeting refreshments and manage deliveries.

Qualifications:
▪ Grade 12 minimum.
▪ Certificate in Office Management is a plus.
▪ Honest, punctual, and well-organized.
